SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship out within one week of sale. You will receive an official tracking notification once your parcel has shipped. If shipping day lands on a national holiday, you can expect your order to ship the following business day. Packages will ship only to the name and address provided at the time of checkout.

We ship Priority Mail, and First Class domestic only per our discretion. Shipping times may vary around the holiday season. All packages are insured up to $50 by USPS. In the very rare occasion that an item is lost or damaged during transit, we ask for your patience as we work things out on your behalf with the postal service.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If we find the situation permits, a shop credit will be issued only per our discretion. Please reach out to us with any questions prior to purchase.

 

Please note, our business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding national Holidays.  We will do our best to get back to you during our regular business hours.
